Partnership Levels
There are 3 levels of partnership, with increasing mutual benefits.
The achievement of the level for commercial merits gives the right to commercial compensation, while the achievement for professional merits gives the right to both commercial compensation and professional visibility.
This is the entry level of new partners who start a collaboration with bindCommerce: web agencies, IT resellers, eCommerce consultants, companies owning platforms that are integrated with bindCommerce, etc ...
The passage to the next levels is obtainable thanks to commercial and / or professional merits.
Commercial fees
Entry-level partners receive a 7% commission on all payments relating to the first 3 months of service provided to a new customer they refer.
Professional visibility
Professional visibility is introduced starting at the Silver level.
To become a Silver partner, at least one of the following requirements must be met:
- (commercial merit) turnover generated in the previous 12 months of at least € 5,000.00 excluding VAT
- (professional merit) certification of Silver Level competencies
The certification of Silver Level skills requires a demonstrated ability and autonomy for the configuration of the integration, pre and post sales, relating to at least 3 platforms (eg a management software with an eCommerce platform and a marketplace) applied to an account.
Commercial fees
Silver level partners are entitled to a 9% commission on all payments relating to the first 6 months of service provided to a new customer they refer.
Professional visibility
Partner promotion on the bindCommerce website, in the appropriate dedicated section.
To become a Gold Partner, at least one of the following requirements must be met:
- (commercial merit) turnover generated in the previous 12 months of at least € 10,000.00 excluding VAT
- (professional merit) Gold Level skills certification
The certification of Gold Level skills requires a demonstrated ability and autonomy for the configuration of the integration, pre and post sales, relating to at least 4 platforms (eg a management software with an eCommerce platform and 2 marketplaces) applied on at least 3 different accounts.
Commercial fees
Gold level partners are entitled to a commission of 13% on all payments relating to the first 12 months of service provided to a new customer they refer.
Professional visibility
Promotion of the partner on the bindCommerce site, in the appropriate partner section (with evidence of the gold level and greater visibility than the silver level).
Furthermore, the Gold partner may receive, at the discretion of the bindCommerce management, the reporting of potential customers, not only for integration activities, but also for the development of entire eCommerce projects (consultancy, development of eCommerce sites, SEO, SEM, etc.)
