For the training courses and to provide the dedicated support service, in order to manage the assistance more efficiently, it will be possible to use a control system remote which will allow the bindCommerce staff to be able to see and control the customer's computer. Here's how it works:
1) Ci metteremo in contatto telefonicamente, oppure attraverso Skype o Hangout
2) If a system that independently manages desktop sharing is not used (such as Skype or Hangout), the customer must download and install on his computer (Windows, Linux or Mac) a software such as imPcRemote. This software will generate a 9-digit secret code which must be communicated to us
3) The bindCommerece assistant will then be able to view and control the client's PC, canceling the physical distance between the 2, until the assistance session is closed.
