All plans include the possibility of acquiring data from multiple sources (spreadsheets, eCommerce sites, warehouse management and Icecat) and include a sales channel of your choice (eCommerce site in one language, national marketplace, price comparators, ad site , scheduled file export, social network, API), as well as the ability to add those necessary to your integration strategy by paying an additional fee that varies depending on the plan.
The Business plans (Express, Shop, Mini Market and Market) are geared towards national sales (sites in one language and national marketplaces) with limits on the number of items and monthly sales. The Enterprise plans (Super Market and Hyper Market) are instead designed for a greater number of items // sales and for commercial management, including international ones.
The annual plan provides a discount equal to the value of one month (12 months for the price of 11)
The article count is carried out by observing the number of elements present in the products table on the bindCommerce platform. Each row of the table represents an item, regardless of their availability in stock. In the case of products with variants, the parent product and each variant each occupy a row of the aforementioned table.
The number resulting from this count must fall within the management limits of the articles envisaged by the active plan, otherwise the system will not carry out the scheduled processing.
Assistance and support services
Every new customer is entitled to 1 hour of welcome telephone training. This training can be useful to guide the integration strategy and system configuration activities.
All plans (even the free plan) include:

- the use of the forum to deal with the bindCommerce team and other users
- the ability to open support ticket
- the possibility of being contacted by phone by the assistance team, if deemed useful by the operator, to improve understanding of the problem
Theassistance included in the fee:
- Allows to report system malfunctions
- Allows to request verification of errors found in the log of your context
- Lets request advice on specific features.
- Allows to request broad spectrum strategic advice
- It does not allow to ask bindCommerce staff to create/modify their own configurations, or in general to carry out project activities that the customer could carry out independently after a phase of information/study of the guides made available. For this type of request, on request, the service can be provided by dedicated support.
