The service is offered in SaaS (Software as a Service) mode with a monthly fee proportional to the ceilings (products / orders) of the related plan and the markets covered by the marketplaces (national / international). The prices are exclusive of VAT (when due).

The items are counted by observing the number of items in the product table on the bindCommerce platform. Each row of the table represents an item, regardless of the availability of the same in stock. In the case of products with variants, the parent product and each variant each occupy one row of the above table.

The number resulting from this count must fall within the management limits of the items envisaged by the active plan, otherwise the system does not carry out the planned processing.

All binCommerce plans foresee the management pre-sale (publication and updating of products, also multilingual) and post-sale (download of orders from the sales platforms), allowing at least the dialogue between 1 administrative and warehouse management , 1 eCommerce site with CMS of your choice. Integration with eBay is included and all plans are expandable with additional sites and marketplaces.

 


Assistance and support services

assistenza e supportoEvery new customer is entitled to 30 minutes of welcome telephone training. This training can be useful to guide the integration strategy and system configuration activities.

All plans (even the free plan) include:

  • the use of all available guides
  • the use of the forum to deal with the bindCommerce team and other users
  • the ability to open support ticket
  • the possibility of being contacted by phone by the assistance team, if deemed useful by the operator, to improve understanding of the problem

Theassistance included in the fee:

  • Allows to report system malfunctions
  • Allows to request verification of errors found in the log of your context
  • Lets request advice on specific features.
  • Allows to request broad spectrum strategic advice
  • It does not allow to ask bindCommerce staff to create/modify their own configurations, or in general to carry out project activities that the customer could carry out independently after a phase of information/study of the guides made available. For this type of request, on request, the service can be provided by dedicated support.
