The integration with the Amazon logistics service (FBA - Fulfillment by Amazon) allows online sellers to fully automate the after-sales processes, regardless of which channel has generated the sale (for example example your site or another marketplace).
As is well known, sellers operating on the Amazon marketplace who also entrust the management of their logistics to Amazon find themselves a native integration between the 2 services offered by Amazon itself (marketplace and logistics). The integration service offered by bindCommerce is instead used to integrate Amazon's logistics with external sales channels , such as its own website or with other competing Amazon marketplaces.
The Pan-European program allows you to manage sales across Europe by sending your goods to a single Amazon warehouse (for example to the Italian one). It will then provide the service to move the goods to other European warehouses to optimize the movements.
The integration offered by bindCommerce foresees the automation of the following processes:
- the withdrawal of the warehouse quantities updated by FBA in order to update the various sales channels
- the transfer to the FBA service of orders to be processed within their jurisdiction
- the acquisition from FBA of the update status of the orders and of the shipment tracking codes
