Many operations managed by bindCommerce are run automatically, and even when they are started manually, they modify data on multiple tables in different stages.
To allow the user to have control over the actions carried out, to be able to reconstruct a given process retrospectively, and to identify any anomalies on the executions, bindCommerce provides a series of logs.
From the special Logs menu, you can consult:
- Procedure execution log
In this list it is possible to observe the log of execution of the procedures and the connectors activated by them.
- Running procedures
In this list you can see the log of the procedures currently in progress.
- Connector execution log
In this list it is possible to observe the execution log of the connectors, both when they are launched individually, and when they are called by a procedure.
- Running connectors
In this list you can see the log of the connectors currently in progress, including those recalled by any procedures.
- Various logs
This section contains logs related to particular system activities (e.g. installation of nodes).
- Stock variations log
This table keeps track of the history of all changes on the quantities of the products. There will therefore be a reference to the sku and to the date with the starting and modification quantities indicated. In this way the user will be able to reconstruct the history of variations at any time.
- Price change log
This table keeps track of the history of all changes to the prices of the various product lists. There will therefore be a reference to the sku and to the date with the starting and modification prices indicated. In this way the user will be able to reconstruct the history of variations at any time.
